The Changing Diabetes Bus World Tour 2006-2007 started in Copenhagen on 13 September 2006. It has already visited various cities across Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
During its 1½ year world tour it will cover five continents. It will stop in South Africa between 3 and 18 December 2006, notably during the world congress of the International Diabetes Federation which will take place in Cape Town during 3 and 7 December.
The Novo Nordisk Changing Diabetes Bus will be stopping at the following events and locations throughout the South African Republic:
3-7 December in Cape Town: Changing Diabetes Village Corner of Coen Steytler Avenue & Lower Long Street (11h00-18h00)
9 December in Mossel Bay: Langeberg Mall (10h00-16h00)
10 December in George: Garden Route Shopping Centre (10h00-16h00)
12 December in Port Elizabeth: Humewood Parking Area (10h00-16h00)
14 December in Bloemfontein: Hoffman Plein (10h00-16h00)
16 December in Johannesburg: Southgate Mall (10h00-16h00)
18 December in Durban: uShaka Marine World (10h00-16h00)
