    
The Changing Diabetes Bus stopped at a well-known square of Paris, in the middle of the Montparnasse area: Place Denfert Rochereau.
On Friday 27 October, the Changing Diabetes Bus hosted a roundtable. The chairman of one of the main French diabetes associations, Assistance to the Young Diabetics (AJD, Aide aux Jeunes Diabétiques), participated to this event.
AJD not only provides help to all children and teenagers with diabetes in both France and the French territories, but also to their parents. It therefore constitutes a fantastic barometer to measure the situation and growth of diabetes in France.
On Sunday 29 October, national TV channel ‘Direct 8’ visited the Bus and broadcasted the event for one of its programs ‘Solidarity’ which will have a special focus on diabetes and will go live in the coming weeks. It seems that this Bus does not intervene that temporarily on the consciences. There will be a continuation... It is a real springboard for informing and creating awareness of diabetes.
It is an incredible world tour for a vital cause. See you at the next destination!
